Angel investors & Advisory Services for Startups & SMEs

Initially focused on consulting and advisory services for businesses across different sectors, with specific focus on Real Estate, Entertainment and Hospitality .
After some years , we decided to expand our activities, complementing our consulting services with equity investments, as co-founders in startups in the Entertainment and Utilities sectors.
Subsequently, we diversified further with additional minority shares investments in Hospitality and Tourism.

We integrated our role as consultants with the one of Angel Investors, focused in innovative SMEs and Startups. Initially focusing on Entertainment – Social Networks and Renewable Energies projects. Then we gradually specialized in Tech and Luxury Tech business. Between 2021 and 2023, during our first round of investments, we participated in 5 deals (3 startups and 2 SMEs), with 4 of them already completed, 3 through exits (2 with positive multiples and one neutral) and 1 in liquidation.

We have started our second round of investments, with the goal of adding at least 10-12 new direct investments to our portfolio. We have already completed 7 new investments in 2025 .

Additionally, we are seeking strategic partnerships ( with VCs, Startup Studios, and through cooperation with other Business Angels) to co-invest and cooperate as strategic business advisors, so to further expand our portfolio reach and diversify – balance profit risk and cash flow of our overall portfolio.
